A list of typical cases of high-quality development in national public cultural services was recently released, with the Guiyang Roadside Music Concert making the cut.

This selection represents high-level national recognition of Guiyang's innovative practices in mass culture and the upgraded quality of its public cultural services. The Guiyang Roadside Music Concert stood out among numerous participating projects for its down-to-earth cultural format and institutionalized cultural public welfare mechanism.

Spanning multiple rigorous stages, including voluntary local declarations, provincial competitive recommendations, strict expert reviews, and comprehensive selection and publicity, the nationwide selection yielded 28 outstanding cases and 45 typical cases.

These highlight local innovative initiatives and construction successes in public cultural services, offering practical experiences that can be replicated and scaled up for national cultural public welfare efforts.
