Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden is one of China's leading plum blossom-themed scenic areas, renowned for its extensive collection of plum varieties and expansive gardens. Following its expansion in 2026, the park now covers approximately 120 hectares and is home to more than 270 varieties and over 50,000 plum trees.

Since opening its hydrangea garden in 2025, the park has also become one of Guiyang's most popular summer destinations. In 2026, the garden underwent a comprehensive upgrade, expanding the hydrangea viewing area to nearly 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares). More than 350,000 hydrangeas representing over 70 varieties – including mophead and panicle hydrangeas – create spectacular displays in shades of blue, purple, pink, white and green. Complemented by ornamental grasses and seasonal flowers, the garden offers changing scenery throughout the summer, with hydrangeas remaining in bloom until October. Whether visiting in spring for plum blossoms or in summer for vibrant hydrangeas, visitors can enjoy a different floral spectacle with every season.
