Guiyang's Huaxi district launches winter tourism festival

The 2024 "Cool Guiyang" Third Mountain Series and the "Beautiful Huaxi·Winter Joyful Travel" event recently kicked off in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The events will last for two months and feature a wide range of activities involving mountain sports, cultural tourism, and natural scenery. There will be over 67 activities, offering a diverse winter culture and tourism feast.

Tourists will not only be able to enjoy the thrill of sports, but also have the opportunity to deeply experience the natural beauty and rich culture of Huaxi.

At the same time, the "Beautiful Huaxi•Winter Joyful Travel" event will integrate Huaxi's high-quality tourism offerings and explore the "tourism+" development models.

This is meant to further enhance the reputation and recognition of Huaxi's sports tourism, promote the integration of the culture, sports, and tourism industries, and aid Huaxi in its quest to become an international mountain tourism resort and motorcycle travel destination.
