Guiyang promotes summer tourism in Changzhou

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held a tourism promotion event in Changzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, on July 13.

More than 200 representatives of cultural and tourism bureaus, airport companies, airlines, and tourism enterprises of Guiyang and Changzhou attended the event.

Guiyang has launched over 400 cultural, commercial, sports, and tourism activities so far this summer. Catering to the preferences of young people, it has also launched a series of new tourism routes such as camping in the mountains, paddling down rivers, hiking on trails, exploring old streets and alleys, and tasting local delicacies on the streets of Guiyang at night.

The Guiyang bureau of culture and tourism will continue to work with the Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, Colorful Guizhou Airlines, Shandong Airlines, and travel agencies from both cities to enrich its network of flights and travel products.

This will boost the economic and tourism development of both cities, expand the coverage of flights, and lower the cost of travel for passengers.
