Since 2020, Guizhou has launched various competitions, issued coupons, promoted catering standards and encouraged its tourism association to develop new local cuisines.
To date, Guizhou has 82 provincial intangible cultural heritage items related to catering. Moreover, it has released 120 organic Guizhou cuisine standards, recognized 25 demonstration shops for organic Guizhou cuisine and 47 shops for customers to have a try of organic Guizhou cuisine.
