During this year's National Day holiday on Oct 1-7, Southwest China's Guizhou province saw stable development of its tourism market, according to statistics.
During the period, Guizhou had 545 passenger planes take off and land, carrying 50,200 people. Some 2,313 trains departed and arrived with 329,500 passengers, and 4.23 million cars came in and 4.25 million cars left Guizhou on its expressways.
All the tourism spots opened during the holiday, following the implementation of strict pandemic prevention and control measures to ensure the security of tourists.
By 5 pm on Oct 7, Guizhou had received no tourism accident reports and had handled one tourism-related complaint.
