The city of Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – will establish 15-minute access circles, enabling residents to have free nucleic acid testing in a normalized management area within a quarter of an hour's stroll.

In the normalized management areas, the city will set up convenient testing stations – focusing on the needs of occupational risk groups, the schooling and employment of key groups, the flow of social security personnel and the travels of residents.

Two to three testing points will be set up in each 15-minute living circle in the central urban area and one to two in other areas.

In addition, each district in Guiyang will be equipped with one to three motorized nucleic acid testing vehicles to provide flexible and convenient testing services for urban social security providers.
