Relevant persons in charge of each township, town and sub-district and representatives of the food industry, travel agencies, and scenic spots attended the launch ceremony.
The activity made full use of media to strengthen the external dissemination of Xiuwen food culture and become a city known for its food.
There are more than 2,000 catering companies in Xiuwen.

The county is home to many delicious foods, such as Zhazuo ham hock that is fat but not greasy, soft and chewy, and has a long aftertaste, Liuguang stinky tofu that is fragrant but not smelly and has a delicate taste, and Xiuwen kiwi fruit that is sweet and sour and refreshing.
During the activity, food bloggers were invited to promote Xiuwen specialties via livestream.
In recent years, Xiuwen has made strong efforts to expand exchanges and cooperation. Through festivals and competitions, it has promoted the development of advantageous resources, injecting new vitality into its economic development.
