Art exhibition highlights Guizhou's mountain tourism

As part of the 2022 Asian Mountain Tourism Promotion Conference, an art exhibition focusing on the beauty of mountains kicked off in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Aug 18.

The exhibition will run until Aug 21.

The exhibition showcases Guizhou's mountains, intangible cultural items and mountain-related artworks, aiming to increase people's awareness of mountain tourism and Guizhou's mountain tourism attractions.

At the exhibition, visitors can see paintings of mountains drawn by children, paintings drawn on rocks and glasses, and how intangible culture inheritors design clothes with Guizhou's intangible cultural elements.

Guizhou boasts abundant mountain tourism attractions and is home to the headquarters of the International Mountain Tourism Alliance. Guizhou has become a popular destination for outdoor sports and sightseeing.
