The Guiyang Mass Art Museum in Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – held a calligraphy exhibition from April 30 to May 5 to celebrate May Day and promote its legal system.

The exhibition featured 34 calligraphy works including seal scripts, official scripts, cursive scripts and regular scripts created by Guizhou's famous calligraphers.

The exhibition aimed to increase the public's understanding of the art of calligraphy, improve the general awareness of laws and encourage more people to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
