Cultural Relics Office

It is responsible for formulating municipal plans for the development of cultural relics and museums, drafting local laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics, and supervising implementation after approval; coordinating and guiding the protection of cultural relics and the work of museums; promoting the construction of the public services of cultural relics and museums; applying, protecting, supervising and managing the protected historic sites above the municipal level and the world cultural heritages in accordance with the arrangements of the municipal government; coordinating and guiding the law enforcement related to cultural relics, and the protection and management of social relics and cultural relics; integrating the protection and utilization of cultural relics with culture and tourism; promoting the development of red tourism; and protecting and utilizing revolutionary sites.
